Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver within the local area around each shop, currently in and around Hyderabad, Telangana. Whether a shop can deliver to your address is checked when you add the address, and again at checkout. We do not ship outside India or between cities.

• Shop delivery: some shops deliver with their own riders.
• Delivery partners: other orders are carried by independent delivery partners booked by Hyperpik.

You see the live status of your order, and the rider's details once one is assigned.

The estimated time is shown at checkout and depends on how long the shop needs to prepare your order and the distance. Estimates are not guarantees: traffic, weather, high demand or a shop running behind can add time. We keep you updated on the order page.

The delivery fee depends on distance and any offer from the shop. It is shown in your bill before you pay, and is part of the total you are charged. It is not charged again on delivery.

• Make sure the delivery address, map pin and phone number are correct. The rider may call you to find the place.
• Delivery PIN: your order page shows a delivery PIN. Give it to the rider or the shop's rider to receive the order.
• If we cannot reach you or no one is available to receive it, the order may be returned and the delivery fee will not be refunded.

If your order is very late, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, raise a ticket from Help & support. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains what you get back.
